Yabancı Diller Birimi Online ERASMUS+ 2021 Dil Yazılı Sınavı Usul ve Esasları

Sevgili Öğrencilerimiz,

ERASMUS+ 2021 Dil Yazılı Sınavı 10 Ağustos 2021 Salı günü uzaktan gözetimli olarak çevrimiçi (online) ortamda gerçekleştirilecektir. Sınav yazılı ve sözlü olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır, öğrencilerimizin her iki sınava (yazılı ve sözlü) da katılmaları gerekmektedir.

1. Yazılı Sınav: 10 Ağustos 2021 saat 11.00 – 12.35
2. Sözlü Sınav: 11 Ağustos 2021 saat 09.00 – 14.50

Yazılı Sınav, douonlineydb.dogus.edu.tr adresinde saat 11.00 itibariyle erişime açılacaktır. Öğrencilerin sistem üzerinde AYDINLATMA METNİ ve AÇIK RIZA METNİ’ni sınava başlamadan önce onaylamaları gerekmektedir.

Ayrıca sınav Microsoft Teams üzerinden gözetlenecektir, bu nedenle sınava girecek tüm öğrencilerin saat 10.30 itibariyle atandıkları Microsoft Teams sınıflarında hazır bulunmaları ve kamera ile mikrofonlarını açmaları gerekmektedir. Kamera tüm sınav boyunca açık olacaktır, fakat mikrofon sadece gerekirse açılacaktır.  Öğrencilerin sınavda güncel fotoğraflı, geçerli kimlik belgesi (öğrenci kimlik kartı, TC kimlik belgesi, pasaport, sürücü belgesi) bulundurmaları önemlidir. Geçerli kimlik belgesi bulundurmayan öğrenciler sınava katılım sağlayamayacaktır.

Sınava kamera ve mikrofon ile katılmak istemeyen öğrencilerimizin 06 Ağustos Cuma günü saat 17.00‘e kadar öğrenci e-posta adreslerinden dflu@dogus.edu.tr adresine gönderecekleri e-posta ile sınav tercihlerini bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu öğrencilerimiz Üniversitemiz Dudullu yerleşkesinde B1-04 nolu bilgisayar laboratuvarında bilgisayar üzerinden kamera ve mikrofon olmaksızın gözetmen öğretim görevlisi eşliğinde sınava katılabileceklerdir.

Sınava katılım şekli öğrencilerimizin tercihine bırakılmıştır. Kendilerine verilen süre içerisinde sınava Üniversitemiz Dudullu yerleşkesinde girmek istediği konusunda yazılı başvuruda bulunmayan öğrencilerimizin sınava “kamera ve mikrofon“ açmak koşuluyla yerleşke dışından katılmak istediği varsayılacaktır.

Foreign Languages Unit English Preparatory Program Online ERASMUS+ 2021 Written Exam Procedures and Principles

Dear Students,

ERASMUS+ 2021 Written Exam will be held online on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 with remote supervision. The exam consists of two parts, written and speaking, our students are required to attend both exams (Written Exam and Speaking Exam).

1. Written Exam: 10 August 2021 at 11:00 – 12.35

2. Speaking Exam: 11 August 2021 at 09:00 – 14.50

The Written Exam will be available at douonlineydb.dogus.edu.tr at 11:00 am. Students are required to approve the PDP LAW INFORMATION and CONSENT TEXTS on the system before starting the exam. All students are required to be present in their assigned Microsoft Teams classes by 10:30 and turn on their camera and microphone. The camera will be on throughout the entire exam, but the microphone will only be turned on if needed. It is important for students to have a current photo and valid identity document (student identity card, TR identity document, passport, driver's license) at the exam. Students who do not have a valid identity document will not be able to participate in the exam.

Students who do not want to attend the exam with a camera and microphone should inform their exam preferences via e-mail to dflu@dogus.edu.tr from their student e-mail address by Friday, August 06, 17.00. These students will be able to participate in the exam in B1-04 PC LAB in the Dudullu campus of our University, without a camera and microphone, invigilated by an instructor.

The form of participation in the exam is left to the choice of our students. Students who do not make a written application via e-mail that they want to take the exam at the Dudullu campus of our University within the time given will be assumed to be attending the exam from outside the campus, provided that they turn on "camera and microphone".
