Bursluluk Sınavı Hakkında Önemli Bilgilendirme

 “2021-2022 Akademik yılı girişli Tekstil ve Moda Tasarımı Bölümü, Oyunculuk Bölümü, Grafik Bölümü (Türkçe) ve Grafik Bölümü (İngilizce) Öğrencileri Dikkatine:

Bölümünüz %100 Bursluluk Sınavı, 15.12.2021 tarihinde,

Oyunculuk Bölümü öğrencileri için saat 11:00-16:00 arası Dudullu Yerleşkesi Oyunculuk Atölyesi’nde;

          Tekstil ve Moda Tasarımı Bölümü, Grafik Bölümü (Türkçe) ve Grafik Bölümü (İngilizce) öğrencileri için saat 13:00-15:00 arasında Dudullu Yerleşkesi’nde bulunan D. 301, D. 305, D. B1-30 numaralı dersliklerde gerçekleşecektir.

Yalnızca 2021-2022 yılı girişli öğrencilerin sınava giriş hakkı bulunmaktadır (Yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler hariç). İsteğe bağlı hazırlık okuyan ve İngilizce programa kayıtlı olan 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında özel yetenek sınavı ile üniversitemize kayıt olan öğrencilerin de 15.12.2021 günü yapılacak olan %100 bursluluk sınavına girmeleri gerekmektedir. 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında özel yetenek sınavı ile söz konusu bölümlere kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerin, önümüzdeki yıl yapılacak %100 Bursluluk Sınavına girme hakları olmayacaktır.

ADAY ÖĞRENCİLERİN İÇİN SINAV DÜZENİ İLE İLGİLİ KURALLAR:

1- Öğrencilerin, sınav başlamadan en az 30 dakika önce sınav salonunda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.

2-  Sınav süresi toplam 2 saattir.

3- Öğrencilerin sınav saatinden önce salona gelmeleri esas olmakla birlikte, ilk 30 dakika içinde gelen öğrenciler sınava alınabilirler.

4- Sınavın ilk 30 dakikasında sınavdan çıkmak yasaktır.

5- Sınavın kurallara uygun bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için öğrenciler, gözetmenler tarafından yapılan uyarılara uymak

zorundadır.

6- Aday öğrenciler, isimlerini, soyadlarını, öğrenci numaralarını ve bölümlerini sınav kağıdına yazmakla yükümlüdür.

7- Aday öğrenciler kimlik belgelerini, sınav süresince masalarının üzerinde bulundurmalıdır.

8- Sınav süresi içerisinde, kimlik belgeleri kontrol edilerek sınav yoklaması alınacaktır.

9- Cep telefonu ve dijital saatlerin sınav salonuna getirilmesi halinde kapalı tutulmasına özen gösterilmelidir.

10- Sınav başladıktan sonra sınav salonundan geçici olarak çıkmak ve tekrar girmek yasaktır. Zorunlu sebepler nedeniyle yapılacak giriş-çıkışlara izin verip vermemek Salon Başkanı’nın takdirindedir.

11-  Sınav süresinde fotoğraf çekimi yapılması yasaktır.

12-  Öğrenciler, sınav için kullanacakları kalem silgi ve kalemtırası yanında getirmelidir.

14-  Sınav salonu görevlileri sınav kurallarını, düzenini ve işleyişini bozan öğrenciler hakkında tutanak düzenleyebilir. 15- Sınav bittikten sonra öğrencilerin sınav kağıtlarını Salon Başkanı’na imza karşılığında teslim etmeleri gerekir.”

Attention to students registered to Department of Fashion Design, Acting Department, Department of Graphics (Turkish) and Department of Graphics (English) in 2021-2022 academic year, 100% Scholarship Exam will be held on 15.12.2021,

• The exam will be held at Dudullu Campus between 11: 00-16:00 for the students of the Department of Acting;
• The exam will be held at Dudullu Campus between 13: 00-15: 00 for the students of Department of Fashion Design, Department of Graphic (Turkish) and Department of Graphics (English).

Only the student who registered in 2021-2022 academic year are eligible to take the exam (except foreign national students). Students who enroll in these departments with a special talent exam in the 2021-2022 academic year will not have the right to take the 100% Scholarship Exam to be held next year.

RULES DURING THE EXAM:

1- Students must be in the examination room at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.

2- The duration of the examination is 2 hours.

3- It is essential that the students come to the hall before the exam time. Students who are late will only be allowed during the first 30 minutes of the exam.

1. It is forbidden to leave the exam in the first 30 minutes of the exam.

5- In order for the examination to be carried out in accordance with the rules, the students must comply with the warnings made by the supervisors.

6- Candidate students are required to write their names, surnames, student numbers and sections on the exam paper.

7- Candidates must keep their identity documents on their desks during the exam.

8- In the examination period, the identity documents will be checked and the attendance will be taken.

9- Cell phones and digital watches should be kept closed in case of bringing to the examination room.

10- It is forbidden to leave the exam room temporarily after the exam has started. It is at the discretion of the chief invigilator of the hall to decide whether or not to allow entry-exits due to compulsory reasons.

12- It is forbidden to take photos during the exam.

13- Students should bring pencils with erasers and pencil sharpener for the exam.

14- Examination hall staff can arrange a report about the students who break the rules and disturb the process of the exam.

15- After the exam is over, the students must submit the exam papers to the chief invigilator of the hall and sign.
